Are You Our Next Hot Pilates Teaching Superstar?

We are running our first Fahrenheit Hot Pilates Teacher Training and we are on the hunt for 4 of our students to become part of the Fahrenheit Teaching Family. If you think this might be up your alley, then we would love to hear from you!

About You.

You will have practiced hot pilates for close to a year and/or have a background in fitness. You must be available to take on classes and covers when we reopen post lockdown as after this training, you are part of our teaching team! You will become a valued member of the Fahrenheit Teaching Family with support and mentoring from our teacher and trainer, Candace, and studio owner Darren.

So, what do we cover in the training?

• Pilates principles and Key concepts
• Basic Anatomy
• Neutral Spine & Neutral Pelvis
• Common Postural Types
• Foundations of balanced and functional training
• Verbal and Tactile cueing
• Regressions and Progressions
• Class Structure
• Timings & Transitions

When

Saturday 25th July and Saturday 1st August, with further dates to follow for practice classes.

Time

9am – 4.30pm on both days

Cost

Discounted rate of $375. This training is normally $750. Training includes class templates and training manual.

While we only have 4 spots available, this is not first in best dressed! We are looking for 4 Hot Pilates Superstars with a passion for pilates and fitness.
