Join us on Saturday 24^th August for FREE classes all day including our signature RnB Hot Pilates class. You can also take your practice to the next level in our Bikram 90 Precision Class where teachers will be moving about the yoga room and assisting you in fine tuning your postures.

7.00am: Doors Open
7.30am - 9.00am: Bikram 90
9.15am - 10.15am: RnB Hot Pilates
10.30am - 12.00pm: Bikram 90 Precision Class
12.15pm - 1.15pm: Hot Pilates
1.30pm - 3.00pm: Bikram 90
3.15pm - 4.15pm: Hot Pilates
