Express 60 is an energising, faster paced 60 minute class. Like your traditional Bikram Yoga class (Bikram
90),
this class is practiced in a 40ºC heated room.
All 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises are performed however we only complete one set of particular postures. You work just as hard as you would in a Bikram 90 class and get just as sweaty!
Express 60 is a great class for busy people on the run. You can practice Express 60 on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday mornings at 6am,
so it is the perfect start to your working day.
