BIKRAM 90

Bikram 90 is a traditional 90-minute Bikram Yoga class consisting of 26 therapeutic Hatha Yoga postures and 2 breathing exercises, practiced in a room heated to approximately 40°C.

EXPRESS 60

Express 60 is an energising, faster paced 60 minute class.  Like Bikram 90, this class is practiced in a 40ºC heated room and will get you hot and sweaty in no time!

HOT PILATES

Hot Pilates classes are practiced in a room heated to 34°C. Using Pilates Principles along with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Hot Pilates is a full body workout!
